Rosemary Garlic Butter

Rosemary Garlic Butter
½ cup of raw, unsalted butter
1 T flax oil
1 clove of garlic
2 T fresh rosemary
Pinch of sea salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Soften the butter so that it is easy to stir.  Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor (I used a bullet blender).   Store in the refrigerator for 1 week in a sealed container.
This recipe can be used on steak, fish, chicken steamed vegetables, mashed or baked potatoes, and even a slice of warm, homemade bread.  If you wish to use this to cook with simply omit the flax oil.
Experiment with the amounts of garlic and rosemary to your personal taste and enjoy!

Because of our multiple food allergies, we have had to be creative with how we made everything. No dairy, no wheat, some nuts, etc. etc. This recipe was born because of these allergies and restrictions so my family can have some fun treats!
Prep time: 00:15Cook time: 00:45

Servings 1

Main Ingredients1 t melted butter, ghee, or butter substitute
2 t finely chopped hazelnuts, pecans, or walnuts
1 t raw honey
1/2 t cinnamon
pinch of allspice
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 large apple
Recipe Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Core the apple out from the top not quite coring through to the bottom of the apple. Set in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the melted butter, nuts, honey, cinnamon, and allspice. Pack into the hollowed-out apple. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon.
  3. Cover and bake for 45 mins or until the apple is tender.
Additional Notes:
*This recipe works without the nuts also if there is a complete intolerance to nuts.
*Try to find a natural alternative to butter instead of margarine.
*We used a gala apple but any large sweet apple should work.

Main Ingredients3/4 - 1 cup frozen Blueberries
1 cup kefir or yogurt
1 drop doTerra lime essential oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup raw cream
1/32 tsp powdered steiva or 1 tsp raw honey
Recipe Steps
  1. Blend all ingredients together. Thin with extra kefir or water for desired consistency.
