Easy Fish Tacos
Marinate fish with lime juice, olive oil, and seasoning for at least 20 minutes. Fry fish in large skillet until fish flakes easily. Remove from heat. Top tortillas with cooked fish, cheese, lettuce, salsa, and enjoy!
Rosemary Garlic Butter
½ cup of raw, unsalted butter
1 T flax oil
1 clove of garlic
2 T fresh rosemary
Pinch of sea salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
This recipe can be used on steak, fish, chicken steamed vegetables, mashed or baked potatoes, and even a slice of warm, homemade bread. If you wish to use this to cook with simply omit the flax oil.
Experiment with the amounts of garlic and rosemary to your personal taste and enjoy!
